RETURNS: Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt in the same condition as received: New With Tags (NWT) items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached; New Without Tags (NWOT) items must be unworn and unwashed. We are unable to accept partial lot returns/exchanges. For example, if you purchase a lot of 2 jeans, and want to return one pair, or if you purchase a lot of 12 shirts, and want to return 4 of them, we are unable to accept the return/exchange unless you return both pairs of jeans or all 12 shirts.
