Easy 30-day return policy
If you've had a chat with us and you're still not satisfied, don't worry! We accept returns on unused items which are in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. You will need to raise a return request through eBay to start the process. Please don't wear the item as we will not be able to accept it due to hygiene policies - especially during the pandemic. Trying it on is fine though, and please keep all tags fully intact.
Please note:
- If the item has any signs of being worn - e.g marks, makeup stains, deodorant: we will not be able to accept the return and it will be sent back to you at your own expense
- We cannot accept returns where the tag is missing or has been tampered with: the item will be sent back to you
- Returns will always be credited to the same payment method that you used to pay for the item originally
Prepaid Labels Service
If you need to return an item, we now offer a convenient pre-paid return service which is free of charge for you! We will send you a prepaid label, which you can then affix onto your parcel and take to your nearest Post Office/DHL collection point. After this the parcel will be tracked until it reaches our warehouse!
