This is a Realistic TRC-424 40 channel CB radio with a mic.  It has been tested and it does not transmit or receive.  A power cord with a cigarette lighter style plug-in jack is included.  The panel lights all work.  The previous owner's condition note is included (see pic).  It was purchased at a collector's estate sale in Mt Laurel New Jersey.  

There is no reserve bid for this radio.  Winning bidders are expected to pay or make payment arrangements within 48 hours.  No exceptions please.
