Please buy the required quantity, then email us or add a message to seller letting us know the text required, let us know if you want a different thread or background colour for the custom colour option.
We design your patch with the same character you send us the text, a name in all capitals it will be made in capitals, if we receive it in lower case it will be made the in the lower case, and so on.
If we only receive a text without other details your patch will be made of black material, the patch border and text with the white thread and for text will be used default font no.1.

At Emporium Embroidery, we want each purchase to bring you joy and believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Your claim will be processed within 1-2 business days. Once we registered your request, you may return your unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. If your item arrives damaged, you may request a credit for the cost of the damaged item in lieu of replacement item.
- Unless your item was received damaged or there was some error on our part, you will be responsible for all return shipping cost.
- We are not able to issue full refunds for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received. Due to this, we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide Emporium Embroidery with shipment tracking number.
- All non-authorized returns will be refused and sent back.
- All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
- You are welcome to use the shipping agent of your preference for returns. We will send you a confirmation email once your return is received and has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days after confirmation email is sent to see credit applied back into your account.
Thank you for shopping with us at Emporium Embroidery. All packages are sent with Royal Mail and shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping time does not include the time it takes to process your order. If a package is found to be undeliverable, it will be sent back to us. Once we receive the returned package, you must pay again the shipping fee to resend the package or a credit will be issued for products purchased. We reserve the right to refuse shipping on any order.
- We currently offer Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery Service for domestic delivery and International Standard Services for international orders. This are the basic shipping services and we not offer traking service but you have the option to upgrade with the tracked premium services.
- For Shipping to All the world we use Royal Mail Standard shipping service, is not tracked services. Any duties or taxes on the value of goods purchased, which may be imposed by any country, will be paid at destination. We cannot provide return shipping labels for orders delivered and recommend using a local shipping carrier for any items you may want to return.
- Please allow 7-21 days for international delivery.
Do NOT use on un ironable fabrics (low melting point) such as nylons, vinyl's, or leathers. Iron may scorch leathers and suedes.
1. Set setting on home iron at Cotton-Linen; on heat-seal machine 300F maximum pressure. Make sure the "steam" option is turned off, and that your iron isn't full of water.
2. Place applique on garment glue side down
3. Cover with thin white cloth or towel.
4. With home iron, keep the pressure on for 35-45 seconds; 20 seconds for the heat-seal machine -Do NOT run iron, Hold in one spot for some time!!!
5. Let cool.Then turn garment inside-out and iron on reverse side.
6. Laundry Instructions-Turn shirt inside-out.Cold wash, Gentle cycle, Drip dry.
Do NOT put the garment in the dryer!!! Do NOT bleach.
Patches can be sewn onto fabric or garments with a single or double stitch by sewing along the border of the patch.
