Hi everyone ~ I found a large glittery cardboard house that lights up inside. The only accessories on it were the two Christmas trees with a few red balls, and the picket fence.  I decided to turn it into the Pembroke House for Corgis!

It's Christmas Eve, and it looks like Santa has arrived a bit early.  And it appears he's stuck in the chimney and his bag of goodies is spilling its contents down the roof. Four of the kid Corgis are into it (one has dived into the bag itself), while another is perched on the picket fence is wondering how to get up there.  The rest of the gang is into other things: Mom's at the door with mugs of cocoa, Dad is out front receiving a present that has fallen from the roof, another Corgi has built a snowman and is handing him his hat, a tri on the roof is throwing snowballs successfully at his brother below, and lastly a Corgi is attaching a star to the turret pinnacle.  Five Cardinals look on in various places.

This creation will be the only one like it that I'll do.

From ceramic clay I hand sculpted all the Corgis, the birds, Santa's bag spilling gifts, candy canes, balls, a teddy, a hedgie, a rawhide bone, other treats and packages.  Also, the snowman, various trees, shrubbery and grass, a hand painted sign, a wreath and window boxes, two carriage lights for the front door.  Once everything was dried and painted, all the pieces were put through two high temperature kiln firings which left a permanent glazed finish.  All the parts were then attached to the house with epoxy.

I also added extra balls to the Christmas trees and rows of red sparkles to the picket fence.  I've signed and dated this on the back, Barbie Sonnett 2017.

Measurements:  this is a large decoration which will stand out in any setting. The base is 9 3/4" wide and 7 1/2" deep.  Height from the bottom of the base to the top of the Corgi's ears on the turret is 12 3/4".

This looks wonderful lit up at night.  It uses 3 AAA batteries that are included and easy to replace underneath.  It is also nice and light, under 2 lbs.

I've been selling my original ceramic animal sculpture as a full time profession since 1982, and for the past 17 years exclusively on eBay.

I absolutely guarantee your complete happiness with any purchase from me.  Thanks for taking a look!
