Return Policy

While we do offer refunds, it will only be if the item is not as described.    If you have any questions or are hesitant to purchase any item, please contact us before committing to buy the item.

Buyer must pay return shipping and provide a USPS Tracking Number to Seller before return of the item.  A refund will be issued back to you via Pay Pal upon receipt.  We will be unable to issue a refund if the item is not returned in its brand new original condition.   A fifteen percent restocking fee will be assessed on all approved returned items.   Please see eBay’s Refund Policy for Additional Return Policy requirements.

Shipping Information

Purchases ship within 1 business day - often it is same day shipping with a cleared payment for orders received by 0900 (excluding US holidays, Saturday and Sunday). Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will process on Monday.  

** We ship media mail/economy shipping on all paper pads/kits. Please be advised that the US Postal Service treats these shipments as low priority and if their truck is full, it will have to wait for the next truck to be moved on to its next destination.  This process can take up to 20 days (or more) for you to receive your item., especially during the holiday season.  If you need it sooner, do not use this shipping method and choose the Priority Mail shipping option we have as an available option at checkout, thank you. ***  

Please note: The shipping times provided are based on the buyer’s zip code from our facility in Pipe Creek, Texas.  Shipping times may vary from the estimate given by eBay. The USPS does not guarantee delivery dates on Economy Mail/Media Mail.

We do ship outside the USA but only through eBay's Global Shipping program.
