Grading

Following is the guide to our grading system. Please read the item description to see if there are any exceptions or modifications to these definitions.

New: As packaged by the manufacturer with their USA warranty. May have been handled but has not been owned or used by consumer.

Demo: As packaged by the manufacturer with their USA warranty. Never owned by customer but has been used to demonstrate the equipment’s abilities. May show signs of use/wear; see item description for details.

Like New: Used but with all original packaging and accessories, in 99-100% of original condition.

Excellent: Used, may or may not have original packaging and accessories. The item will be in 90-98% of original condition with some slight wear but optics will be clean.

Very Good: Used in 80-89% of original condition. Slight to moderate wear, may exhibit slight dings and brassing. Optics may have some dust/flaws that will not affect image quality.

Good: Used in 70-79% of original condition. Moderate wear, may exhibit dings, dents, finish loss, and a good amount of brassing. Optics may have some dust/flaws that should not affect image quality.

Worn: Fully functional with substantial wear. Optics may have dust, blemishes, or flaws that will probably affect image quality.

Payment and Shipping

Paypal is our preferred method of payment and must be made within 5 business days of auction closing. We will ship insured with signature conformation to your verified address and may contact you for more information if necessary. In store pick-up is also available.

Deliveries to Ohio and Illinois are subject to sales tax.

We ship to the continental United States. We ship select item internationally via Ebay's Global Shipping Program. Tracking information will be available within one business day of shipment.

You have 10 days from receipt of purchase to return a product for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping. In the event of a return, you MUST possess and return all packaging, USB cords, memory cards, batteries, chargers, blank warranty cards. If any of these items are missing, you may incur a minimum 20% restocking fee. Dodd Camera reserves the right to refuse any return at our discretion.

RMA's are required on all returns. Please contact us prior to returning your item.
