Here's a really cool (made in Japan) Ibanez RG7420 custom finished in a Vai style Passion and Warfare swirl. This is a really clean prestige level guitar. The frets are great, no wear on the back of the neck, and the headstock is close to mint (Japan tuners as well). The bridge is the original lo-trs Japan made Takeuchi model trem (and it shows the most wear for this used guitar), which is superior to the subsequently released models. This also comes loaded with Japan made pups: v7 and v8 and S1.  The guitar plays and sounds as good as it looks.  Take a close look at the pics- it tells the whole story of its condition  (I have the trem backplate cover too and bar- It's just off for pics while I was setting the bridge up).

Strung with 9's, standard tuning. The swirl is finished in a 2 part Automotive poly clear for a smooth as glass finish.  This will ship in a hardshell case, it's not a "functional" case- it's old and beat up and it's missing 2 hinges - but it's a perfect fit and will protect the guitar during sipping. The only other thing I can point out is that on the bridge, it seems to be missing a "bolt" (best description) that the trem bar screws through to the bridge base plate...for the life of me, I'm not even sure what it's function is because the arm screws in regardless if it's there or not - so - as far as I can tell- doesn't affect the bridge. I didn't even notice it was missing until I put it back together.     

This is a used guitar (although very clean for it's age), with a new finish, but I did get it used. Again, just take a close look at the pictures, they tell the story. This is a great opportunity to get a killer swirl on a MIJ guitar that's easily customizable (some new colored pups and knobs - maybe a new trem...just sayin', this is close to being a high end shred machine).
