BROKEN ITEMS REPLACEMENT:
We will replace a brand new item when the customers returned the broken/damaged item by post. Customer will have to pay for the return postage. Once the broken/damaged item has been received, we will send out the brand new replacement item.

We will give you a full refund when the customer returned the unsatisfied item by post. Customers will have to pay for the return postage. Once the unsatisfied item has been received, a full refund will be provided.
