OVERSEAS SURCHAGES AND CUSTOM CHARGES: Please research your Country’s surcharge and custom duty charges prior to ordering. Some countries will add additional charges based on the price paid for the item and said amount is not collected by us and must be paid by YOU upon receiving the order.
COLORS: All items are true to color as seen in the pictures shown. The pictures are professionally taken with proper lighting so as to show most of the details and colors properly. We use the PANTONE International Color Chart to make sure that the colors are true as stated.
THE COLOR RED: Red is a color that we have had cutomers tell us that in their eyes it is not red. We know it is red because it is based on the PANTONE International Color Chart, but it has been seen as pink, hot red, orange, and at times even dark red. Obviously the way you see it on your screen and through your eyes may differ from the way it is on our screen and through our eyes. So please make sure that if you order a red in color item that said item is what you want.
MULTI-COLORS AND CAMO: As stated earlier, our pictures are professionallytaken for us and the multi-colors and Camo cases are all different. NO TWO CASES ARE EVER THE SAME, and your item will not look exactly like the picture.
PURPLE/BLACK: The color Purple/Black is exactly that, Purple/Black. Whether it appears on your screen as a dark blue/black or not, please understand that it is purple and not dark blue. Even though the listing states it is Purple/Black we have had many customers order this color ignoring the description and when they received it they write us complaining that they expected it to be DARK BLUE AND NOT PURPLE. We simply ask that you please do not make that same assumption because you will need to pay to ship the item back to us if you make that mistake.

ShippingCurrently, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all of our listings, but in all honesty there is no such thing as free shipping because we must consider shipping costs into the price to be able to offer the "free shipping" option. The amount we are charged for S&H is based on the current postal rates. Currently we pay a minimum of $2.61 per item shipped to the buyer. SAME DAY SHIPPING (Before 4:00 PM ET) - Once we receive your confirmed payment, your order will be shipped that same day as long as it is received before 4:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. If you have provided an email address, you will receive an email with shipping/tracking information once the shipping label has been generated online. FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, PLEASE SEE BELOW International ShippingWe encourage all international buyers to choose to have their packages shipped via Priority International as they can be tracked during shipment. First Class International packages can not be tracked once they leave the United States.
