WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ITEMS BEING SOLD FOR “PARTS, ” We guarantee our USED items to be in working order, or as described, when they leave our warehouse --
We will replace any “USED” items that arrive to you DOA (dead on arrival), however, you must please report this to us within 24 hours of receiving it). If stock is unavailable, to replace a DOA item, a refund may be issued, however we may request that the item be returned for inspection to determine as DOA before any refunds are issued. We do our best to describe with accuracy, inspect and/or test all of the items that we sell as “used.” Again, You must contact us within the designated time period to request an RMA number for a DOA, so that the item can be returned to us for inspection. Any Items found to be WORKING and/or ARE NOT DOA will be returned to you with no refund being issued.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON ANY COMPUTERS RETURNED TO US THAT HAVE BEEN PASSWORD PROTECTED, or if ORIGINAL Operating System has been altered in anyway, including upgrading.
ANY AND ALL COMPUTERS REPORTED TO BE D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival)
AND RETURNED FOR D.O.A. EXCHANGE WILL BE INSPECTED
AND TESTED BEFORE EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ARE CONSIDERED.

SHIPPING:
We ship within one business day (Monday-Friday) of receiving payment, with the exception of freight items that may require scheduling with a third party. We do not ship on the weekends or U.S.A. holidays.
