coastline. Besides offering all the ocean side attractions, It is also ideally
located for exploration of all California attractions such as Disneyland, Sea
world and Knott’s Berry farm.
Riviera Beach Resort
is located on the southern end of Dana Point with stunning views of the ocean. This
relaxing hideaway features spacious living arrangements with classic seaside
appointments and furnishings. Delight in the comfort of your room, or take
advantage of the resort-style amenities located on site, including a sauna,
fitness center and pool overlooking the white sandy shores of Capistrano Beach.
The resort is connected
by a pedestrian bridge to the beach just across the Coast highway.
Unit being sold is a
deeded week. This is booked as a floating week each year. Under the “Sea Breeze
Plan” you can request either a 2-bedroom non-ocean view unit or a 1 bedroom ocean
view unit. The seasons runs from October 1st thru May 31st, excluding
holiday weeks. You can call the resort or Diamond resorts for additional details.

Units can also be
exchanged/deposited though Interval International. They usually a bonus week
for depositing due to the high demand for this southern California beach resort.
This is a sale by an individual.
All fees are up to date. 2017 taxes and maintenance is paid. Next
taxes/fees will be due March 31 2018.
We will pay transfer and closing fees.
Closing will be
through Time Share Transfer Inc. We will pay the $300 for their “complete time
share closing service” and the resort transfer feed (approx. $250)
