Before you unwrap your parts double check your fitment and once unwrapped, look the item over before trying to install it. We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase and know that all parts are fully warranted by the manufacturer. Damages & Warranties Damaged Shipments: Do not accept delivery from the carrier if the box has been damaged. If you can snap a picture of the damage and notify us ASAP we can replace the order right away. If you find shipping damage while opening your package be sure to keep all packing material and the shipping box so we can open a claim for you. Notify us right away so we start the process. Missing Items or Wrong Item Received: Keep the box, packing material, all shipped parts and contact us right away. Warranties: All products are warranted against manufacturer’s defects. Increasingly, many of our manufacturers handle claims directly to speed up the process of exchange or sending replacement parts. We’re happy to step in and get the ball rolling. Electronic parts must go back to the manufacturer for bench testing. Because issues are often solved over the phone with tech support, call the manufacturer first and be sure to get the name of whoever you speak with if you need to contact us. Resolution Process: Business hours (8:00-5:00 pm EST) will get the resolution process going right away. After hours please email us so we know first thing in the morning there is a problem and we will contact you promptly. |

Most items ship the same day payment is received if payment is received before 2pm EST otherwise the item will ship the following business day. Due to UPS shipping items will not be shipped during holidays observed by UPS. If an item is out of stock or oversold the customer will be notified of the date that the item will be back in stock. International customers and customers located in Hawaii or Alaska will be invoiced for additional shipping charges. Some items will be sent via USPS and others via UPS. Shipping method is determined by Eastern Performance customer service team for the best shipping price with the safe arrival of the package in mind. International Customs fees and taxes are paid by the receiver and Eastern Performance will not be able to modify the listed value of the item to avoid these fees.
