Shipping Speed - All orders are split into two categories some ship next day / some 3 day - please look carefully at the listing. All orders are free shipping and ship fast regardless of handling time. All orders Stated Fedex or in our Top Rated Section take up-to 5 days to ship (usually faster) being direct from manufacturer.

International Shipping: I do ship Internationally but not "Directly" I actively sell through the Ebay global shipping program

Paypal is the only method of Payment we accept.

Payment must be received within 2 days of an auctions end. This also applies to combined orders.

Please note that unpaid item cases are automated to open after 2 days without payment. Once they open, eBay allows an additional 4 days for you to pay, which will close the case. IF you opt to use paypal but go E-Check I will make sure the item does not get a case / however I will wait until the payment has cleared to send the item

If you message me that you need more time for payment i will always grant it.

Returns - Returns are allowed within 30 days on all products sold through Superdad2016 (however I am keeping proof that the item works & is undamaged in-case you break it you bought it applies). Please write me first if any questions/concerns or returns. If you need a refund I do need to receive the item first before a refund will be issued. I do document all items i send out and serial numbers etc.

Refunds - I have tried to make the return method as painless as possible because things happen. In 90% of all cases beyond buyers remorse i always pay for return shipping and cover the cost, once i get the item back and verify, I will issue a refund as quickly as possible through your original payment method and give you all the details.
