Generic Series VII Macro Dapter Made in Japan.  

The intent of this adapter appears to allow you to screw-in this adapter to a series Vll lens front and drop in a Macro Lens.  There is a tightening knob on the side of this adapter as well as 2 shoe mounts - one on each side.

This is a very unique Series VII adapter in excellent condition.
