Kodak Vision3 films are, they say the best films they have ever made.   We can't argue with that and here is the 500asa film that is Tungsten balanced for use in artificial lighting conditions....great for low light work but using a warming filter it's a gorgeous daylight film too!

It can and should be metered at 800asa in darker situations where the main sources of light are artifical, but pop an 85c filter on and shoot at box speed in daylight....win win!

That's why it's one of our best selling films, we also offer the daylight balanced Vision3 films too, 250D and 50D.

Q: So why 30 exposures not 36?

A: Well, genuinely, it's nothing to do with the price of the film!   30 exposures is a common sense choice made by customers who use this film regularly...saying that "We only blow the lasst six shots anyway" but it's also very handy when processing as that requires a little hands on work...

Most important of all, the success of this film is because all stocks are freshest and sourced ONLY from the UK supplier to the motion picture industry, most others on offer are not.

All Vision3 films are  cut and hand rolled here at Nik & Trick Photo Services ready for you to use in any 35mm film camera (that does not require DX coding, ie where you can manually set the iso)

They have super latitude but are not however suitable for pushing or pulling.

Don't forget...we are the people that made these films viable for daily use in stills photography,  we know how to use them, to develop them and how to scan them, we lead, others follow! ;-)

Processing:  see our other listings or web site for the UK's original ECN2 processing service for colour motion picture films...yes, right here!!  Or we can offer you the best home processing kit made specifially for these films by BelliniFoto.

You see, the Remjet layer used to be a scarey prospect to deal with but that is now no longer the case...t
his is the better alternative to Cinestill film and you will be shooting that same stock but in this unmolested form with noticable improvements and a cost saving too!

Take a look at our own test photographs made using this wonderful film with metering set at 800asa and processed in either of the two methods mentioned or processed as per our own customer service....

We recycle cassettes so, it is not suitable for use in some later cameras where DX coding cannot be over-ridden...

Please note that this film has a protective Remjet coating and cannot be processed in a minilab…it’s easy for the home developer to deal with, we do send out a guide with each purchase, or it can be returned to us for developing. Nothing to worry about whatsoever!

By leaving the Remjet on, this film can be used as intended and will not be adversely affected by direct light as can happen to Cinestill stock.

Should you need more info on how to use this, or any product we offer, health & safety data sheets, or general advice then please use the contact information supplied at the foot of this listing :-)
