Our Returns & Distance Selling Rules:

We will give you as much help as we can in choosing the correct part/s for your needs, it is not our policy to sell the wrong parts, however unfortunately sometimes that happens, in which case if it is our mistake, we will accept responsibility & we will exchange the incorrect item/s at our cost, including return postage.

We are not a multinational & selling our items at a reduced price & inclusive of postage & insurance on EBay mean’s that there is very little, if any profit for us.  So PLEASE if you are NOT SURE if you want the specific item/s, PLEASE don’t order! Ask us for HELP!

The item/s must be returned in the same condition as received & unopened if the item is in a sealed box.

You “The Buyer” must notify us of your wish to exercise the right to cancel within 7 (Seven) days of receipt of purchased item/s.

Our no fault scenario 1: 25% (Twenty Five %) h&ling & restocking charge, issuing of a credit note to the value of 75% (Seventy Five %) of the final purchase price, for the item/s the buyer wishes to return.

There is no refund to “The Buyer” on return postage, which includes an item that is returned for remorse reasons. Purchasers must bear the cost of return postage & items for return also need to sent signed for postage, otherwise we will not accept the return. If replacement items are requested, any outgoing postage is also at customer’s cost.

Our credit note/s are valid for 90 (Ninety) days from date of issue.

2: Cash refund requested: We offer 50% (Fifty %) off the purchase price of the item/s only..
