Retail stores will place a line or mark through label to prevent illegal store returns, again this is only done so buyers don't try to find them cheaper online to return them to the store for a full refund. Items come just as shown in pictures. Please don't assume anything comes with an item, if it's not shown in the pictures then it doesn't come with the item.
