If you have a Madjax/GTW Brand Rear Seat this will Bolt Right up! There are about 4 other seats this may work with as well. The Receiver takes a 2 inch which is standard on most full size pickups
The 2 hole in the footplate of the rear seat are 5 inch centers and 11 inch from front to back. (pretty common on most seats) you may have to drill an additional hole to fit if they are not 5 inches apart.
