ITEM: Vintage 1970s maxi length skirt with neck scarf. Brand unknown (label has been cut out). Very good quality made. Red fabric feels soft like a Rayon and has little glittery gold dots. Lace panels have an open work floral pattern. Comfortable elastic in the waist. Lined with a silky soft fabric. Them hem has been shortened with only baste stitching. This stitching will hold if you like the length, but if you wish to extend the length, you could easily do that as there is 4.25" of fabric on the inner hem to let down. Has a matching sash that can be used as a scarf for around the neck, or I suppose you could use it as a waist belt with a big bow.
