Works great, pre owned, with signs of use may have scuffing or other cosmetic wear. There is some chafing on the cord which is not go deep enough to affect the wires. Base of unit has some cracking on the outer housing- the cracking is cosmetic, doesn’t affect the performance of the vacuum, it has been glued and doesn’t appear to be something that will continue to spread. Will be partially disassembled prior to shipping.

Returns of merchandise within 14 days in unopened same condition are accepted. Any returns initiated after the 14 day return period are accepted at seller discretion and subject to 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were received.
