We are a trusted factory based in Kastoria, Greece, one of the cities with the largest fur production globally.

We take pride in having the lowest possible prices for the quality we sell, as we make our own coats and not resell them.

The pelts we use are always OA (Origin Assured) The pelt qualities we use are only American Legend Blackglama, NAFA, Kopenhagen Burgundy and Platinum and Saga Royal always with their tags.

If you see something you like and it is not in your size, we can customize it to fit you or make a new one at your size. If you saw a picture of a jacket and you loved it, you can send us the picture and we can send you a quote, as we can probably make it for you. We have more than 350 different models in our collection!

Store Policies

Custom Orders: All custom orders take time. Please allow up to 15 days for such an order to be made. We are professional furriers and we can make all the variations you like with our coats. That is: if you see a coat you like, a collar or hood from another coat and the sleeves from another one, YES we can combine them and make a new coat just for you. Just ask us for the price.

Sizes: We make all the sizes for our coats and jackets. Please specify your size if it is different from the one in the auction. Note that If your size is Small or Medium the price is the one you see at the auction. If your size is Large or XLarge the price sometimes is a bit higher as more pelts are needed for bigger sizes. Contact us and we will tell you if there is a price difference.

Returns: You have to contact us first if such a matter arise before leaving feedback. Returns will be accepted only if the product was defective or not as described and only if it is received at the exact condition it was send. You need to send it within 3 days of receiving it, with your own shipping expenses. If you request a full refund, a 10% restocking fee will apply to cover for the export and shipping charges. If we can fix the issue, then no restocking fee is charged and you will receive the jacket back in a timely manner.

For custom orders we do not accept any returns.

Shipping

Shipping is free if you use buy it now.

If the jacket is in stock, it will be shipped next working day, after payment is made.

If not in stock, it is shipped when ready. That is within 7-10 working days or 12-15 working days if it is holidays.

Shipping is made with EMS courier service and takes about 4 -7 days for the item to arrive. After that it is up to your country’s customs clearance procedure.

We also offer faster DHL shipping at an extra cost.

We mark items as gifts or with lower price if you request it, in order to avoid customs fees but we are not responsible for any customs fees that may apply.

Returns

Returns are accepted within a logical period of time.

They are accepted only if there was a mistake in our part (different size, color, model).

Shipping fees must be paid from the buyer with a trackable shipping service.

If such a case arises we will fix the mistake if possible or make you a new garment otherwise and send it back to you in a timely manner (up to 15 business days).

If you opt for money back, there will be a 10% restocking fee to cover for the fees we paid (handling, export, shipping).

We accept no returns for custom orders though or if you made a mistake in giving us your measurements.
