Vintage Yashika-44 TLR 127mm Camera (#3991703) with 1:3.5/60mm Yashikor Lens (493066/493779), made in Japan.  It is in very good vintage condition and shutter fires at different speeds, but may not at accurate speeds.  Also not sure if it functions properly without running through a film-roll, taking the real shoots and looking at the final images.  It needs some minor work at the window of view-finder.
