This is a used xbox 360 game workable on my asian console.
Game comes with:
1. Original and clean jewel case with insert
2. Original game disc in good 8/10 condition. Minimal light scratches visible but does not affect the game function & play. See picture attached.
3. Game instruction booklet insert
I am selling this game together with a copy of a lightly used Piggyback Official Guide. This guide will complement the game for an even more immersive gameplay providing tons of additional information. Below are the descriptors of the book conditon.
Cover: Very good condition with no crease on the front and back cover and no wear on book spine. See it in the Pictures I have attached.
Pages: Excellent condition as it was lightly used, ie no bends, tears, folds, food/drink stain, missing pages, pen/pencil scribbling, etc. Very new with no yellowing of pages too.
Overall condition: 9/10.
I like to highlight that in no way will I be responsible for a game that does not work on your console due to the presence of many Xbox 360 console variations:
- Local gamers who buy US version, Europe version,etc to play specific region locked games in Singapore,
- Local and Overseas versions modded for competitive play, higher processing speed enhancement, region lock override, etc
With Xbox One and newer consoles superseding the Xbox 360, old gamers are dumping their Xbox 360 to finance their new consoles. With the flooding of 2nd hand market, agents or 2nd/3rd hand owners who take over these consoles, lead to info pertaining to the origin of their set getting lost or distorted over the multiple change of hands for the sake of quick sell off.
Late enthusiast to console gaming, attracted to the cheap prices of used consoles and games, then jump in the bandwagon to get their affordable 2nd hand Xbox 360 for the very first time not knowing, or not being told of certain facts, or being mislead on certain unverifiable facts, buy their sets in ignorance of these facts over what is a decision driven primarily by price consideration.
Subsequently, when they buy their games which exist mostly in the 2nd hand market currently, consisting of local as well as imported games brought in previously by avid 360 gamers not bothered by region issues because they have both local and overseas consoles, the new buyers realise that some of the games they bought cannot work, either because their
- Foreign game is not compatible with their local console
- Local game is not compatible with their modded local or foreign console (which they may be unaware or have been lead to believe their console is local)
The fact that some PAL foreign games can even work on asian consoles serve to confuse the dubious region lock issue further. There is simply no hard and fast rule governing foreign NTSC, PAL games working on asian consoles. Some can and some just don't work and in most cases, people buy 360 games for their Asian consoles are either knowingly or unknowingly taking a risk.
Given the current mess in Xbox 360 2nd hand market for games and console, buyer's ignorance of their consoles and region lock issues on the games that they want to play, I will exclude myself from all responsibility pertaining to a game not working with buyer's console. As game buyers, you only need to know that my personal collection of used games listed here works on my 100% local un-modded console. I have taken the expense and time to photograph and post pictures of each external game box details so that buyers can get info on the country of origin and make. For games that cannot be played on my local console, I will indicate clearly in my listing. The rest is up to you. If you are not sure, do your own research and know your own console as there will be no returns, exchange or refunds once game is sold.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF DEALING
Price is Nett and Non-Negotiable.
Payment terms will be Cash-On-Pickup basis ONLY.
Item is meant for purchase in Singapore only and method of delivery will be strictly via one-to-one meet up.
Item will be sold "As Is" base on the pictures attached in the listing above.
Refund or return will not be entertained.
As such, Buyer is advised to:
1. Ask questions and clarify thoroughly before hitting “Buy It Now”, AND
2. Check item carefully at point of purchase before making payment.
Ample opportunity will be given to the buyer to carry out conditions 1 & 2 above.
Once the above 2 conditions are concurrently fulfilled, Buyer is deemed to have ACCEPTED all risks and consequences associated with this product.
At all times, the onus is on the Buyer during meet up, to open and check the item thoroughly in ensuring that he/she is satisfied with the actual condition or reject the item, if not. If Buyer acquiesce or choose not to check the item, then by his inaction or action, he has impliedly and expressly accepted any liability/damage that comes with the item.

For ease of operations, NO further negotiation on an alternative date, venue and time is possible for this item other than what is stipulated in the above schedule.
Refrain from hitting the "Buy it Now" if you are unable to accept the meet-up conditions above.
Please note that in any case, there will be NO arrangement of pick-ups on Public Holidays, Sat, Sun & weekdays that are not mentioned in the above schedule.
I strictly do not do postage or utilize any postal services. Please do not buy if this is your only means of dealing.
IMPORTANT 2 (Uncontrollable circumstances)
Buyer is to allow me at least 1 day advance notice after making the purchase, for me to pick up the items from my warehouse and to fix a date, and also having taken into consideration other meet up commitments that I may have already fixed with earlier Buyers.
Example: If you hit the “Buy It Now” on Monday, I will need to use Tuesday to pick the item from my warehouse. That leaves only Wednesday for meet up. However, if I am already committed to a full schedule on Wednesday, then there is a possibility that the next meet up with you can only take place on the following Mon, Tue or Wed which might leave some buyers flustered. So please plan & make your purchase decision around Thurs, Fri, Sat or Sun so that you can have more leeway to arrange a meet up on Mon, Tue & Wed to collect your items.
Please avoid urgent purchases as my modus operandi cannot provide for such circumstances.
As I have to manage so many items, please be understanding if I have to revert to the buyer with regards to my listed items below regarding:-
1. Condition of items have changed over time. Example, item may be listed in 9/10 condition but in the following year, it may have become 7/10 due to repacking during stock take or rearrangement causing some inevitable impairment like minor scratch, dent or crease. Conditions can also deteriorate due to environmental issues eg; humidity, temperature fluctuations and time, which may result in packaging becoming brittle or paper turning yellow whilst in storage. Issues like these are just part of doing business. If a Buyer's sensitivity is such that they expect a 2 to 3 year old item to be sold in new pristine condition as it was when it first came out, my advise is to choose not to buy and move on.
2. Stock quantity error: As much as I endeavour to keep stock record as accurate as possible within my current ability and resources, there may be some quantities that could have been lost or went undetected or are erroneously recorded as human error sometimes is just unavoidable.
IMPORTANT 3 (Misunderstanding and Clarifications)
I can never stress enough the need for 2-way communication as a condition in a purchase transaction as it keeps getting ignored time and again leading to unnecessary misunderstanding and emotional escalation.
Buyers are strongly advised to clarify all doubts/enquiries via my ebay Q&A interface or through my ebay email provided therein pertaining to item contents, packaging quality, meet up arrangements and payment issues BEFORE pressing the “Buy It Now” so as to avoid frustration, disappointment and misunderstanding when I exert compliance to the terms & conditions stipulated in my listing once the “Buy it Now” is pressed.
