RETURNS
All items in the same condition as purchased with their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. There is no need to open an eBay case, simply contact us by email or phone to receive return address details and instructions. You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. We recommend you insure the package and use a tracked service.
DELIVERY DETAILS
For "Other Courier" deliveries we use Fed Ex.
A tracking number will be provided on despatch for all Fed Ex UK and Overseas deliveries.
Post codes starting with the following letters may receive a delivery surcharge AB,FK,IV,PA,PH,ZE,KA,PA,BT,IM,TR,GY & JE. Please contact us in advance to check.
Goods are only released for delivery once cleared funds have been received (PayPal is the quickest method of payment).
Our shipping deadline is 3pm for UK deliveries and 2pm for International deliveries, Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
Please note International shipping prices are only a guideline and confirmed when you provide your full address.

COLLECTION IN PERSON
You can collect from our warehouse Popin Business Centre, South Way, Wembley, Middlesex HA9 0HF during the above opening times.
Please call, email or use the eBay message system before collecting.
Please note if you are collecting you cannot pay by PayPal.
You can pay by cash, credit or debit card on collection.
FAULTY OR INCORRECTLY DESCRIBED ITEMS
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrectly described item please contact us directly by phone or email (contact details above) and we will resolve the issue.
If the item needs to be returned we will arrange for its collection or cover the cost of return shipping
