Interesting Bits: Wonderfully contemporary, modernist, round disc, reversible black onyx to gleaming sterling pendant necklace with a Danish minimalist design style. The silversmith’s SP mark is unknown. The pendant is a perfectly round 3/4” disc of flat-walled bezel-set smoothly polished black onyx which reverses to a polished sterling second side. Either side may be worn facing forward. The pendant hangs from a simple bale and slides along a gleaming new 925 sterling silver ball 19” chain with a lobster claw clasp which perfectly complements the pendant. Very crisply designed with no superfluous extras and perfectly executed in the greatly admired tradition of the work of master silversmiths. This necklace is sophisticated and very well executed, in wonderful, gently worn, near mint condition, —- ready to collect and wear. Looks great on.
