One of THE Classics, the Bryston 4B SST delivers superb low frequency control and utter transparency. Used both in professional applications and the most demanding high-end music and theater rigs, the venerable 4B is a legend. This unit has spent time in a well ventilated rack protected behind glass with high end power conditioning since its installation. Only the smallest imperfections separate this unit from a sealed piece, and this sample looks better than most demo units at high end shops. Use the pictures to judge condition for yourself, I am picky and would call it a 9 out of 10. The only notable issues I could find, interestingly, happen to be on the back edge of the bottom of the faceplate as noted in the pictures. They are not visible from the front of the amp at all, and do not detract from the eye appeal.
