Grading Scale:
Pack Fresh – Card has just been opened, and shows no marks or wear. The card was immediately sleeved after being opened from a pack.
Mint – Card is in amazing condition, may not be pack fresh as it could have been kept in a binder, in a sleeve, top loader etc. (Almost perfect) No obvious marks or wear.
Near Mint – Card shows a minor imperfection or two, possible minor slight wear – hard to visualize by human eye. Any flaws could be due to storage or shuffling in a box.
Good Condition / Great Shape – Card has some evidence of wear. More than one mark or area of wear present. No creases. Card is 100% tournament legal and looks great in sleeve.
Played – Card has been played quite a bit and it is obvious. Card is 100% tournament legal. May show multiple spots of imperfections and wear.

Heavily Played - Card has lots of wear, possible creases, possible slight water damage, possibly slightly bent or misshapen 
Poor – Card is in poor condition, with many imperfections and areas of wear, excessive bend marks or damage.
