Returns

Customers that wish to return any item must contact the seller within 30 days of purchase.
Returns will be eligible for refund or exchange only if the following conditions are met:

1. The product is damaged or the wrong product is sent
2. All Returns must be received in the original factory condition they were sent
3. The buyer pays return shipping expenses if condition 1 or 2 are not met.

East-Kent-Subaru-Spares do not refund you on returning the item to us unless the item is damaged or the incorrect item is sent. It is recommended that all returns are sent back to us, using tracked and insured delivery. East-Kent-Subaru-Spares are not responsible for returns that end up lost. No refunds are given if the products are received outside the 30 day returns period. If you order 2 or more items for comparison reasons we reserve the right to deduct our postage costs if you return the items back for a refund. In the event of receiving faulty goods, you must return the item within 10 days of the invoice date. We have the right to refuse a refund if the items or other products returned are in an unacceptable condition.

Exchange

The buyer pays return shipping expenses on all exchanges unless the item is Faulty or incorrect item has been sent by the seller.
If you order 2 or more items for comparison reasons we reserve the right to deduct our postage costs if you return the items back for a refund.

cancellations

Please Note if your item has been ordered and Marked as Despatched we will not be able to cancel the order until the goods have been returned to our warehouse.
