This Cypraea Zoila (friendii complex) jeaniana jeaniana Cate cowrie was collected by a diver at a depth of 37 meters on a sponge in Shark Bay, W. Australia.  It is stunningly beautiful with well-defined spotting uniformly covering the dorsum.  It is graded at F+++ due only to a very tiny surface flaw which is nacred over by the animal. Even close inspection will commonly result in missing it since it blends so well.  If you want to try to see it, look at photos #3 and #4. There are no other defects on the shell.  When I bought the shell it was graded as GEM, but I consider a GEM grading to mean zero flaws, period.  The shell has been kept in the dark in a closed drawer in my collection so has experienced no fading or color change.  It will be sent to you in a foam lined clear plastic box inside an outer 4" x 4" cardboard box filled with styrofoam peanuts so the inner box is unable to shift.  It will be mailed to domestic locations at my expense and will be insured for your purchase price.  Good luck bidding.
