HOW DO I PERSONALISE MY ORDER?
FOR THIS GIFT WE REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING PERSONALISED INFORMATION:
- Name of the teacher receiving the mug
Personalising your order is easy. During checkout simply click the "Message to seller" link on the order confirmation page to send us the information you'd like adding to the gift.
If you forget to do this then don't worry, simply message us on eBay after you have purchased your gift, letting us know the details. Or you can use the button below.
In the unlikely event we don't receive a message from you at the time of purchase, we will message you afterwards to ask for the details. Please note we won't dispatch any orders until we have received all the information required to complete the personalisation. If we don't receive your colour choice we will process your order with the colours on the image on the eBay listing unless you tell us otherwise. This will be the same for general wording such as Happy Christmas, Grandma and Grandad etc.
Please note that monitors display colours slightly differently, as do printers. Colours may vary slightly on your print to what you see on your screen.
Please ensure you double check any information you provide us with, including spelling and grammar as we will copy it exactly.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much do you charge for delivery?
Our standard delivery service is FREE of charge. We do offer a Royal Mail 24hr service which you can select when purchasing your item. Please note however Royal Mail's 24 hour service isn't guaranteed the next working day, they aim to deliver within 1-2 days.
When will I receive my order?
All our orders are sent via Royal Mails 48 hour service. This is a 3-5 day delivery service, however most are received within 3 working days. If orders are placed before 2pm items will be dispatched the next working day. We also offer a Royal Mail 24 hour service which is a 1-2 day service. This can be selected during checkout.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes we can deliver to any country in the world that is covered by eBay's International Shipping program which is handled by eBay. eBay will charge you separately for any postal costs that are outside of the UK.
DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched FREE OF CHARGE using Royal Mail's 48 hour delivery service. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of orders being placed.
Items which are ordered over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Our order cut off is 2pm, any orders made after this time will be processed the next working day. Please note orders may not be shipped on time if we need to contact you to check any information sent to us.
Please note we can only shop to verified PayPal addresses.
