Product shows signs of use,  laptop is in good overall cosmetic condition. The lapotp topcover and bottom case has some scratches and chips, bottom case on left edge has a very small crack, not related to functions of laptop. All usb ports works. LCD screen is very good condition, no white spots or dead pixels. keyboard and touchpad are in very good condition. almost no sign of use. Please zoom in all pictures for detail. Come with laptop, 2x batteries. Ac adapter,converter cable, In generic brown box.
