- We ship your orders within 1-2 business days after the payment cleared.
- Delivery to a UK address will usually arrive within 2-5 working days, but accasionaly delivery time depends on destination and other factors & it may take up to 20 days.
- If you don't receive the item after 25 days, please contact us, we'll investigate and solve the delivery problem. Please understand that we can't control
Royal Mail or other Couriers. Please also check your Local Post Office Depot and your neighbours as a missed delivery card is not always left.
- For International Orders import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges
are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date and item must be in original new condition in their original packaging (where applicable), not worn or altered in any way. Return shipping must be paid by buyer (unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective). We suggest that a tracked service or a certificate of postage is used for returns, as any returned items lost in transit cannot be refunded.
