Rare Vintage Koninklijke Begeer Dutch/German Clip

Up for auction is a pre-owned rare small silverplate clip with helmet, dagger, and leaves on the front, back marked Kon. Begeer for Dutch company Koninklijke Begeer.  Possibly WWI/WWII, possibly Dutch Netherlands or German.  11/16” x ½”.  Interesting item.  If anyone in the ebay community has information about this clip, 

This Dutch clip was given to Dutch soldiers that fought in the Dutch East Indies just after WWII. Of the 95.000 that went many lost their lives in removing the remaining Japanese from the islands. The clip is traditionally worn at army reunions for those that are still around only.
