Stunning Gold Heart with beautiful white Diamond

 Pendant stamped "dec 14K GF"

 The chain is stamped 585 14K

 and also stamped ITALY and PPC 1/20 - 14 KGF

 The necklace chain is 45 cm long and 1.5 mm wide

 The pendant is 1.8 cm long, including the bale, and 1.2 cm wide

 Total weight of both is 1.84 grams

A lovely piece, in very fine condition
