Return Policies

2. Returns

If you decide you do not want the product you receive, you have 30 days to contact us for a return authorization number. After 30 days, all sales are final.


  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • The item must be in the same condition as it was received
  • The return is subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Please include a note in the return package describing the reason for the return

3. Damaged Shipment

If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will file a claim on your behalf with USPS. Once the claim has been approved by USPS, we will ship out a replacement item, or issue a full refund. Please do not file a claim with USPS, as this will only delay the claims approval process. And you had better leave several angles of photo shoots of the package.


4. Incorrect Item Received

If you have received an item that you did not purchase, please contact us immediately to help us resolve the problem.
