All 12 Volt is a Sydney based family business run by caravan, camping, hunting, 4WD and LED fanatics – just like you!
We love nothing more than heading off for the long weekend out to the middle of nowhere to enjoy all that life has to offer. That doesn’t mean however, that we have to go without the luxuries of home whenever we go away.
After many years of travelling and always building and modifying products to suit our day to day requirements, we have met so many travellers just like us that always asked about the products we had. So we have spent the last 5 years testing products for the Australian climate.

Orders are generally dispatched on the same day, with occasional exceptions being sent out the following day. We use Australia Post and Express Courier Services to ensure you receive a speedy delivery!
We do all the negotiating with our suppliers to bring you the best prices possible. If you do find our products cheaper elsewhere, we’d love to hear from you.
Do you need help deciding on what you require, or are you stuck on how to install what you’ve just bought? No worries! Simply give us a call and if we don’t have the answers for you, we will find them and get back to you as soon as possible. That’s our promise to you! Payments are via standard PayPal and must be made within 3 days.
Dispatch within 3 working days most of the time it’s the same day. We send using Australia Post our courier services depend on the size of the box. Pick up is also ok from our warehouse at 4/59 Smeaton Grange Rd Smeaton Grange NSW 2567. Between 9am – 5pm Mon -Friday. Closed public holidays. Must wait for email to say pick up is ready and proof of order must be with them at time of pick up.
Warranty and Returns Policy
Warranty
We only source Quality accessories from our Australian Manufacturers and Suppliers, and we stand 100% by the products we sell. But sometimes in rare cases, an item will have a manufacturing defect or be damaged in transit. In these rare cases, Please contact us on eBay to make a claim. Our goal is to offer the fastest turn around service.
Most items are covered by a minimum 12 month warranty. Some items have an extended warranty that will be clearly indicated in the listing for that item.
Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include the labour costs for installing the purchased item, nor does it include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories.
We will do our best to see that the items you order are the correct ones, and although it is your responsibility to ensure that items you order are correctly specified for the intended vehicle or use, we may exercise the discretion to replace an item that you purchased but incorrectly specified.
Returns
Where the need for a return is established, we will do this by sending a replacement part or item. The following items cannot be returned for credit:
- Small Electrical components unless faulty,
- Glass,
- Items specially procured at customers request,
- Any item not in a re-saleable condition (excluding warranty claims)
- If an item is dead on arrival it must be returned in original box ( no box no credit )
- You need to notify us within 48 Hours of excepting the goods for faulty items or damage goods due to freight.
- Please choose carefully as we do not refund money. ( A store credit will be supplied )
