The Newcastle Hats Nullarbor Breeze Hat is an Australian Made hat that features an open mesh gusset. This unique open mesh gusset is perfect for those who want to let the cool breeze into their hat and the hot air out. The Nullarbor Hat is made right here in Western Australia from UPF 50+ double-sided cotton drill on the brim and the top of that hat. The open mesh gusset is not UPF rated.

This hat is fitted with a 9cm brim as standard. This is an industry-standard brim size and offers plenty of sun protection. If you order an XXL or XXXL hat, we will fit it with a slightly larger 11cm brim to compensate for the larger head hole. This creates uniformity with the product.

Thank you for purchasing a West Australian Made Newcastle Hat. These hats are custom-made to order. Newcastle Hats take 5-7 business days to manufacture. SunSafe Australia closes for our Christmas break on the 23rd of December and reopens on the 11th of January. Orders placed right now will not be manufactured and dispatched until after the 11th of January. Please note, that choosing Express Shipping will not speed up the manufacturing time of the hat, however, it will drastically help to speed up the delivery time when we reopen in 2022.
