We do not make the heart charm ourselves,

alloy charms are made for us by pouring molten alloy into a mold and then plating in an antique silver colour which varies from silver tone to a shiny plated silver.

The profile is blackened, this gives them an aged look.

Antique silver is a rustic finish, you may find pimples,
black smudges or other minor imperfections, this is normal.

A few heart charms have been discontinued by the supplier,
many of our regular customers were disappointed by this so
being unable to commission them as alloy charms we made our own in stainless steel.
Gran, Father, Godson, Granndpa, Grandson, Mam, Nephew and Uncle are available in stainless steel.

Charms are individually inspected and packed in grip seal bags.
Packs of charms will be packed with other variations
in a grip seal bag or box
to reduce the amount of plastic packaging used.
Alloy charms and stainless steel charms will be packed separately to reduce abrasion.
Small pimples of less than 2mm diameter on the plated surface are acceptable but flawed charms such as larger pimples, scratches, smudges are removed from stock and sold
as flawed at a very reduced price to raise funds for
Cash for Kids.

After 17 years of stocking heart shaped rhinestone charms both Wholesale and Retail we have decided to clear our stock to concentrate on our expanding Keepsake business.

Alloy heart charms
Alloy heart charms are molded on both side with rhinestones on each side except 'Thank you for sharing our day'.

Alloy heart charms measure 16mm - 17mm x 14mm and are Heart shaped except 'Thank you for sharing our day'.
Best Friend (paw print) has a cut out paw print and do not have any rhinestones.

Baby Boy heart charms are available with blue rhinestones only.

Baby Girl heart charms are available with pink rhinestones only.

'Thank you for sharing our day' is a single sided oval shaped disc measuring 14mm x 15mm

All other rhinestones are clear, unless otherwise stated.

PayPal is preferred. In addition to PayPal, you can make your payment through eBay Payment gateway.

Ordering
We are open 9.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.30am to 3pm on Fridays. The office and workshop are closed at weekends and on public holidays.
To take advantage of any quantity or postal discount orders must be made in the same transaction.
If you need more that the quantity shown please message before placing your order.
Add to basket and pay in one transaction. Give any information requested in PayPal notes.
Be aware that not all items may be suitable, for young children, keepsakes are not toys you should be aware of choking hazards and sharp edges.

Selecting postage
We offer combined postage wherever postage is shown.
You can check the Postage and Payments section to view any additional charge for each additional item.
Penrux offers second class standard (RM48) or first class tracked and signed (RM24) postal rates but we will meet your requirements where possible. As it is not possible to amend an order once completed you should discuss before completing the order.

We do not make a profit from postage.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch within five days.

The default service is second-class standard (RM48), we offer first-class tracked and DPD courier as optional extras.

Royal Mail is contracted to collect from our premises twice per week.
The extra charge for first-class post applies to the postage only and does not alter the dispatch schedule.

Delivery
DPD collect weekdays on request.
The cut off time for next day delivery is 2.30 pm is all services.
All timescales refer to working days.
All parcels are dispatched with Delivery confirmation tracking.
Make sure that you are happy with the estimated date of delivery before placing your order.
Royal Mail aim to deliver First class (RM24) 1-2 working days from dispatch and Second class (RM48) 3-5 working days from dispatch.
An estimated delivery date is provided by eBay.
All timescales refer to working days.
