Precision-trued to OEM specifications and factory assembled Connecting rods are double-forged to maintain superior dimensional consistency through improved grain flow. Shot-peening eliminates residual stresses and smoothly blends the rod forging surfaces. Corrosion-resistant surface treatment. Top and bottom end rod bores case hardened to 58-62 RC to optimize bearing running surface. Crank pin bearing radial running clearance is optimized to ensure maximum performance. Precision honing ensures ultra-round bearing surface. Precision-engineered oiling slots maximize rod strength and bearing life. Double-drilled small ends provide the piston pin with extra lubrication and cooling, reducing distortion of top end due to thermal transfer from the piston.
Silver-coated bronze phosphor thrust washers with dimpled design increase oil retention and reduce friction between rod and washer interface. Crank pin bearings are manufactured with the highest-quality hot-rolled steel -- case hardened to 58-62 RC. Caged needle roller bearings provide the highest possible RPM. Precision-machined crank webs.
This crankshaft comes with a top-end bearing, premium main bearings and a complete bottom end gasket set that includes all seals and gaskets needed to do the job.

Returns:
We are more than happy to accept returns. The item must be returned in it's original (new & resell-able) condition with all packaging (box, packet etc.) intact. DO NOT PUT PACKAGING TAPE ON THE PRODUCT PACKAGING. THIS WILL INCUR A 40% RESTOCKING FEE.
For exchanges, the buyer must cover postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. 2nd class postage is £4.00 or 1st class £5.50
If you would like to return your item please follow the following steps:
(1) Contact us via eBay messages to let us know you would like to return your item - If opening a returns case, this must be closed before we send replacements.
(2) Make a note inside of the package with your username & reason for return (refund or exchange).
(3) Send back via the Post office or reputable courier. If returning due to item fault or packaging error, a link to a returns label can be supplied at our expense. Please make sure the item is sent back via a tracked service as we cannot refund for items lost in transit.
(4) As soon as we receive the item back we will process it within 48 hours. Refunds will be completed once the return has been processed. Any returns due to buyer error are minus postage costs plus 7% restocking fee. If our postage costs are free, you will be charged the standard amount for 2nd class £4.00 or 1st class £5.50. Exchanges will be shipped within 2 working days after the return has been processed.
(5) Please note if you are returning for a different size or year, then there will be a £4.00 (2nd class) delivery fee payable to the paypal address you sent the original money too. Or alternatively you can include the money with the return (MUST BE SENT GUARANTEED R.M or via reputable courier.
