• Delivery

  We offer FREE 2 day UK shipping on all orders! Items are sent directly from our third party suppliers. All deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. International delivery is accepted on most items via eBay's Global Shipping Programme, and we would like to remind international customers that our products are intended for UK users, so power adapter plugs, signal reception and software may be incompatible. If you wish to have an item delivered to a country which is not listed, please contact us for a custom delivery quote. Please note that due to courier health and safety restrictions on hazardous items, we may occassionally have to cancel orders to addresses from outside the UK mainland - unfortunately, this is beyond our control.

• FREE Returns Policy

You can return a product up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging (see returns policy for full details and restrictions). Once the item has been returned and inspected, then we will either refund payment or replace the item. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer free returns labels for our international customers.
