Description:

A Native American (Paul Koslo, STONE KILLER, TOMORROW NEVER COMES, MR MAJESTYK) travels around a resort town, murdering cops and rich people with a high-powered crossbow, while demanding that the town’s richest residents pay him money to stop the killings. The richest man in town (Stuart Whitman, CUBA CROSSING, STRANGE SHADOWS IN AN EMPTY ROOM, WELCOME TO ARROW BEACH), hires a mercenary (Oliver Reed, SELL OUT, THE DEVILS, TOMMY, SPASMS) and a tracker (Jim Mitchum, TRACKDOWN, BLACKOUT, MOONRUNNERS) to stop this mad man, while a reporter (Deborah Raffin, THE DOVE, THE SENTINEL, TOUCHED BY LOVE) gets close to the story.
