Payments:

Auction Listings - Payment is due within 5 days of winning the bid. If payment is not received within 5 days, we will cancel the item and relist it.

Buy It Now - Payment is due immediately.

Shipping Time:

• All items are shipped within 1 business day after receipt of payment.
• Orders placed by 12:00 noon EST (11:00 am Central Time, 1:00 pm Pacific Time)
• Items Purchased on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays will ship out Monday.
• We do not ship on major holidays.

Shipping Method:

• All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail

Returns:

We gladly accept Returns within 30 days after you receive the package.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Once we receive the return package, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost within 5 business days.

Items must still have original tags attached or labels.

Return for Incorrect Listing:

If we listed an item with the following issues listed below, we will forward you a return shipping label and issue a full refund. If you are requesting a refund based on the information below, please take a picture of the size or discrepancy and attach it to your email request.
