This is a Wonderfully 19th century (CAPODIMONTE) Jewelry casket or large box with the under glaze Capo-di Monte  blue mark . Is as far as I can tell one of the best on the market at the time of listing it . The mounts are bronze  , with a clasp that opens and closes , that  can push closed to keep the box from opening .It has bronze stops on the back to keep the lid from being damage by opening to far . mounts are still attached nicely .
. The box  is about  5.75" long by about 4.5" wide and about 4.75" tall .
It has raised cherub's / Putti & Animals playing  with  Flowers & plants . With hand painted colors added  and gilt work on the sides .
Look at the photo's and i think you will also agree it one of the best out there .

This item is used  , but is in great Condition No damage or repairs,it has just two small factory flaws from the time it was made, both seen here in photo, the first in the lid and the second on the base see photo's.
This is one of the best Cape-di-monte jewelry caskets on the market today
