PayPal is the quickest and easiest way for us to process your order and for you to get your goods. Once you have made your selections, please complete the eBay checkout. You will receive notification that payment has been made and we will dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Cheques & Postal Orders: We no longer accept cheques and postal orders as methods of payment.

Please make payment within 7 days. After 7 days we will contact you with a final reminder, and give you another 3 days to pay. If we have had no contact after 10 days, we will cancel the order through the proper eBay channels. However, if for some reason you may need longer to pay, please contact us.

Free delivery: Delivery within the UK mainland is included with every item we sell! (Other areas and countries may incur a charge).

Our Services: We use Royal Mail or DPD for most of our items. Select standard or Express delivery at checkout and the total with any surcharges will be calculated for you. If you use our express delivery option, you will be given a 1 hour time slot and notified by email or text on the day of delivery.

Dispatch Time: If your order is paid for and placed by 2pm, we will dispatch it on the same working day. This does not include weekends or public holidays. However, we do process orders over the weekend ready to be dispatched the next working day.

UK Delivery times: UK delivery is either next day, three day or three-five day depending on the service and destination you select. Your estimated delivery date will be stated at checkout.

UK Highlands, islands and Republic of Ireland: We can deliver to UK Islands, the Highlands and also the Republic of Ireland but this does attract a surcharge from our carriers, and surcharge will be calculated for you and clearly stated at checkout. For outlying areas of the UK Express can take up to 3 days.

Saturday Delivery: Our couriers do not normally deliver on Saturdays, but It may be possible to organise if you contact us before making your purchase.

International Deliveries: We use Royal Mail or DPD for international deliveries. Shipping costs for international shipping are included within the listing. Delivery times vary from country to country. Europe estimated within 5-10 working days. Rest of World estimated between 8-12 working days.

You may be responsible to duties, taxes and customs clearance fees as determined by the law of the country of destination. A Customs Declaration will be attached to the parcel if required.

Returns Plus + We make returns as simple and simple as possible for you.

You do not need to contact us before returning an item unless your item is damaged / faulty / wrong. We only ask that returns are received by us within 30 days of receipt and are in a saleable condition.

Simply put the order back into the packaging it arrived in. If you do not have the original packaging, please put the item back in suitable packaging to adequately protect it.

Complete the label you received on your invoice and stick onto the outside of the packaging. If you no longer have a label put a note inside with your full order details and the reason you are returning the item.

Take the parcel to the Post Office or your preferred carrier. Please obtain proof of postage.

We aim to process all returns within 3 days of receipt. If you have not heard from us within 10 days, please contact us.

Exchanging items: If you would like to exchange an item, please make a new order and send the unwanted item back for a refund - this is by far a faster process for both us as sellers and you as a buyer.

Faulty / Damaged Items: If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible and we will take appropriate action to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

International Returns: Returns must be received within 30 days of acceptance. Please mark your documentation and package clearly as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid delays in customs. Please keep copies of your shipping documents so that you can make a claim with the carrier if your parcel gets lost.
