1. If you have placed a customised banner order, you will be able to change the 'text' and the 'image'of the design after you have put through your order. Do this by providing us with the 'text' and the 'images' you'd like to replace or add to the banner
2. To send us an image(s), please use the eBay messaging system. Use the 'attach photo' next to the 'sent button' to send us the photo. If you're having difficulty with eBay's system, try testing the file by sending it to a friend. Most of the time, it could be an issue with the file itself
3. If you have any additional comments or small changes you'd like to request, please feel free to let us know. Otherwise, we will assume you're happy with the original design.
4. Help us process your order as quickly as possible - please provide all instructions at the time of the order,

Can I change the words of the chart to etc?
Yes! I am more than happy to change the text and the text colour for you. Bear in mind, of course, that if you wish to have a long sentence added the words will naturally be a lot smaller
Can I change the background color?
No. Background color is fixed. But you can change foregrounds art clip and TEXTs color.
How do I give details?
Just leave the details as a note when you check out or leave us another message
Can I add my own image?
Yes! The higher quality the better. Either JPEG or PNG is fine, let us know if you have another format Simply attach your image to your message!
What is "Customised with a proof image?
This means we send a preview image of you item for confirmation before we print. This lets you see where you are happy with things like font, spelling, etc
What if I had my own design?
FANTASTIC! Please contact us if you have your own artwork (PDF or TIFF) and we will help you as best we can :)
How to Put Banner Up
Most of our customers typically use things like doubled sided tape and blue tackle also suggest pins or installing using thumbtacks or a hole punch.
How To Remove Creases
In some cases, due to our desire for value for money postage. These creases can be removed by ironing. Do not iron directly on the printing side and do not have the temperature higher than 110 degrees Celsius.
Alternatively, the chart can also be rinsed out and hung to dry.

Shipping and Pick Up
We Use Australia regular postage for our standard postage Free Service. If there is a time pressure, Please add express post service to your order or use our express postage service (including tracking).
Free Postage: Terms and Conditions
We only use Australia Post to deliver our products. The official Australia Post website states that the standard delivery time is up to 2- 6 working days. We process and dispatch the products the day after we receive the order. Please factor this time into the overall postage time. Please also refer to the Australia Post website for timing based on your location.
This service is still very reliable (over 99 %) and most of our customers have received their items with no problems and on time.
Please contact us should your order not arrive within 5-6 working please note, there is no tracking available for the free postage service. This means missing orders are difficult to trace. We can offer a resend order for $10 per item. This will cover part of our handling fees ( One offer per customer). If you require delivery quickly we strongly recommend purchasing the EXPRESS postage service or PICK UP the products at our store.
We do take returns of customized items
We are happy to re-send item at our cost, however, we must wait a period of 21 days in order for the parcel to be deemed lost for deliveries within Australia and 31 days for international deliveries.
We will also offer refunds for goods damaged upon delivery. Please provide images
