The emulator simulates a situation of a person sitting in the passenger seat with a seat belt fastened. To make the emulator work you need a diagnostic tool (like Autel, Bosch, iCarsoft etc.) to remove old errors of a broken seat mat that are stored in the airbag control unit. Once you connect the emulator your diagnostic tool will be able to remove old errors and turn off the SRS/airbag warning. Unfortunately, the errors related to the safety systems are not removing automatically.

Before purchase, please scan your car with a diagnostic tool to make sure your SRS/airbag warning is caused by a defective seat mat. These warnings can be turned on by at least 6 sensors mounted in the seat. The emulator solves the problem caused by a faulty seat mat only. The emulator will not solve your problem if a different sensor is faulty - the SRS/airbag warning light will still be present after connecting the emulator and removing the error present in the diagnostic tool.

FOR FOLLOWING CARS:

The emulator works only with cars sold in the USA and Canada and equipped with a seat mat connector with 3 wires. Please check your seat mat connector or contact us before purchase if you are not sure how to find the correct connector. This emulator will not work with seat mats with 2 or 4 wires.

INSTALLATION

Disconnect the seat mat connector and connect the emulator. Connect a diagnostic tool and remove old fault codes stored in car's memory. The LED light on the emulator should start to blink alternately blue/green or red/green light (check the sticker on the emulator). It means the emulator has a signal and connected successfully with the Airbag Control Unit (ACU). The airbag warning light should turn off. No blinking lights or one color missing mean there is a problem with proper communication with the ACU. Contact us.

You will receive an email with a link to the instruction when we send the item (check Spam/Junk folder if you do not have it in your Inbox). Contact us if you want to read it before buying. Please, follow the instruction carefully if the SRS error or airbag warning light did not dissapear after the installation. We will guide you how to solve the problem in your car but we need more information.

1. We aim to dispatch items the next working day after receiving payment. Sometimes we might need to ask a buyer some questions to complete the order properly. We can extend the shipping time up to 3 working days in such cases.
2. All items will be dispatched to the address given on the order details. Make sure it is correct and include both door number and the street name. Please ensure that somebody is available at home on the given address to receive the parcel we send you as the item may end up being returned to us and you will incur a cost for this.
3. Information regarding an express delivery option: You may be required to pay additional fee of 20 GBP/24 EURO in case the delivery address is located in a remote area (such as islands). You will be notified of such an additional fee and shall have the right to decline it and therefore cancel the order.
4. Non-European buyers: import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees. These charges are buyer’s responsibility.

Warranty

The warranty period starts from the date you receive the goods, during which you are eligible for free repair. Any free repair needs to be confirmed with the manufacturer. Customers must send the item back to our shop and we will do the rest. Customers pay the shipping fees for returning the item, while we will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired item back to the customer. If the buyer has damaged/misused the item, it will not be eligible for free repair. However customers can return it at their own cost and pay a fee for the repair. Return shipping fees will be the customers responsibility in such cases.

Returns

1. We offer 30 days return policy. If an item is incorrectly ordered or no longer needed, the item can be returned for a refund. Before return, please contact us first so that we provide a correct return address for you. Parts do not necessarily go back to the location from which they shipped.
2. Item has to be returned before any refund can be processed. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, in the original packaging, and contain all original materials (if included). If the item is used, we are unable to accept the goods back and issue a refund.
3. All returned items will be tested before refunds are given. We will process your refund within 2 working days but please do enclose your details in the return to help speed up the returns process.
4. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or there was something wrong on our side.
5. Returns should be packed in outer shipping carton to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. Items returned in damaged condition will not be accepted.
6. Items returned in damaged condition will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR WARRANTY ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN FITTED BY NON-QUALIFIED MECHANICS!
