DEFECTS/DETAILS:
One temple very slightly doesn't lay flat. This is fixable but the price has been reduced since this requires repair. There are also scratches on the demo lenses.

If you are not satisfied in any way, shape or form, PLEASE CONTACT US before leaving any feedback. Feedback is critical to a seller's reputation and ability to make money. If your item is defective, damaged during the shipping process or you simply do not like it, we will gladly give you a full money refund or exchange. If you were satisfied with your purchase it would make our day if you could leave us positive feedback and we will return the favor!

OUR ITEMS & GENERAL QUESTIONS:

- If you have concerns about authenticity, please see our feedback page.
- Our inventory is limited to what is currently listed in our store.
-We only have an eBay store and do not offer local pickup.
- All of our pictures are original and the picture you see is the actual item you will be purchasing.
- We cannot provide additional pictures or pictures of people wearing the items.
- Please be advised that the color of the item can differ in person than in the picture due to photographic lighting.
- We can only provide the information given by the manufacturer on the item itself. We cannot give our opinion on the color or style of an item.
- For auctions, payment is due 72 hours after the item ends. After 5 days an Unpaid Item Case will be opened.
- We can only answer questions and provide customer support via eBay message ONLY!
CASES:
- Unless written otherwise your item will come in a non-branded black case when available only, which is NOT the original packaging.
- We also can send your item in a randomly selected branded case.
- These cases are given for free to the buyer and are at no additional charge to the buyer.
- The cases are given to protect the frames during shipping and are sent when available ONLY.
- If we are not able to include a free case, you be notified via eBay message and you will be given a $5 courtesy refund to purchase one yourself.
- Any order of four or more frames will be sent without cases.
- We cannot sell cases separately.
- We also do not send replacement cases or give credits for them if they are broken or damaged during shipping since they are given for free.
LENSES AND MEASUREMENTS:
- Our eyeglasses come with DEMO LENSES, which do NOT have a prescription in them. Any damage to the demo lens will not affect the frame and does not defect the item.
- Only an optician can recommend if a frame is fit for progressive lenses.
- We cannot write or fill prescriptions for eyeglasses or give referrals to doctors.
- We cannot provide vertical measurements or any additional measurements that are not stated in the listing.
- The size and age group of a frame is listed as provided by the manufacturer.
DEFECTS:
- If there is any damage to the item (i.e. the temple doesn't lay flat or a missing demo lens), we always specify this in the item description.
- We cannot replace parts such as screws, nose pads, clip-ons etc or sell them separately.
- Any damage or missing demo lens is NOT considered a defect since they are meant to be removed and replaced by an optician.
- Defects are stated in the item specifics and more details are given in the description.
- Please contact us before purchasing an item if you have questions about the defect listed.
SHIPPING:
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
- We offer free shipping via USPS Priority in the United States only.
- USPS has no guarantee delivery date for Priority Mail and the date you see is an ESTIMATE only.
- We do not offer local pick up.
- We combine shipping for multiple orders placed the same day.
- Express shipping can be requested paid for by the buyer only. Please contact us BEFORE purchasing if you need express shipping and for pricing.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- We can only ship internationally through eBay's Global Shipping Program.
- With the GSP, we ship the item to eBay and then they decide the cost of shipping and carrier.
- We do not have access to these prices and we have no control over the cost.
- We also cannot give a discount on the cost of shipping and we are unable to combine shipping.
- If you do not see the shipping rates for your country listed it is because import laws from your country prevent us shipping there.
- It is at the buyer's own risk ONLY to have any item sent to a third party shipping carrier.
Chelsea Eyewear and eBay are not responsible if an item is lost and damaged when sent through a third party shipping service.
REQUESTS FOR ADDRESS CHANGE:
- Please make sure that the address on your account is correct before purchasing.
- We can only ship to the address that is linked to your eBay account. This is our policy as well as eBay's. Please be advised that if your PayPal account address is different from the address on your eBay account or if you contact us after to send it to a different address, we can only send it the address listed on your eBay account. NO EXCEPTIONS
- If you contact us about changing the address after the item is purchased, we give the buyer 24 hours to contact us back and then the item will be shipped out the address on file.
RETURNS AND OUR POLICY
- Chelsea Eyewear offers free (no restocking fee) and no hassle returns.
- Only our bulk boxes are final sale.
- Our return policy is 30 days and we only offer refunds, no exchanges.
- We cannot exchange an item for the same price from a BOGO promotion or sale.
- The 30-day return window starts once the item is delivered.
- eBay's Money Back Guarantee is also 30 days.
- All returns must be made through eBay by following the instructions below.
- Please DO NOT send back the item without making your return request. eBay does not require sellers to give refunds if the return is made incorrectly.
- eBay and Chelsea Eyewear are not responsible for the cost of return packaging and envelopes, even for non-buyers remorse returns.
- Please contact us via eBay message if you need help making your return request.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN ON EBAY:
1. To start any return, find the item in My eBay Purchase History and select "Return This Item" from the "More Actions" drop down menu and then select the reason for the return
2. Pack the item carefully and return it to the address provided after the request is made. Apply the shipping label, and send the item back to the seller within five business days. Drop off the package at the post office or schedule a pickup with USPS.
3. After sending back the item, enter the new tracking number by going to My eBay Purchase History. You will find the return at the bottom of the page in the section Returns and Cancelled Orders. You will be able to track the status of the return here as well.
4. The seller will issue a refund within six business days after receiving the item.
