Pixout Controller - small size, cost effective, indoor or outdoor LED lighting/video controller for ArtNet recording.
You can record ArtNet DMX data on an internal flash card and then replay it.
ArtNet DMX data stored in the Cue List. It's an automated playlist and scheduler with the possibility to precisely manage the automatic playback of recorded ArtNet DMX. The Controller supports automatic transitions between recorded cues.
You can control the Pixout controller from a web panel or from an iOS application. Two web panels available; one for inexperienced users and one for tech gurus. PixoutRemote iOS app allows you to interact with the Controller via a local Wi-Fi or global network quickly and conveniently.
Pixout Controller contains pre-installed software and could be automatically updated on start up from the Pixout server.
Our company is not focused on hardware platform research and development. Therefore, we use the well known hardware platform Raspberry PI in conjunction with our software. You will receive everything connected in one box, installed and ready to work.

Sealed enclosure provides protection against dust and moisture according IP65 standards. It includes the flanges for mounting on a place of installation (eg. wall). Overall dimensions are: length 160mm, width 80mm, height 55mm.
All connectors are made from high performance, durable PA66 plastics. They are waterproof and dust-protected according IP68 standards.
Why I need ArtNet recorder ?
- It works in stand alone mode so you can record ArtNet DMX once and then replay it from recorder without PC.
- Install the recorder in any place where Wi-Fi works (inside or outside) and control it remotely.
- You can generate dynamic effects from trial software with limited ArtNet DMX play time and then combine them in one long cue list.
- There is possibility to record ArtNet DMX from different type of hardware like lighting console or media server and then replay it.
How it's works
To generate dynamic lighting effects for your addressable LED strip you need to use special lighting software (like Madrix, LightJam, grandMA2, Glediator, ...) or hardware which works with ArtNet protocol.

When you configured effects generation software, you can stream ArtNet DMX data to Pixout controller (broadcast/unicast), record all needed data and stop using effects generation software.
