We aim to ship orders placed and paid for by 12:00 (Monday-Friday) Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change a delivery address, you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class).
For all parcels that are returned to us as not called for because of wrong address, or no one was found, or buyer unable to contact the local post office, we will only refund the price of the products excluding postage. To arrange a second delivery, buyer has to pay the shipping even on listings where we offer free postage which is only for the first delivery.
Returns
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any product purchased, provided it is returned in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase.
The Item must be unused and unworn and have all original tags and labels attached. Please enclose a note with the returning item stating your eBay user ID and reason for return.
Refunds are made for the original purchase price only. The buyer pays for the cost of returning the item to us, unless the reason for return is attributable to us, which does not include items that do not fit.
We recommend you use a trackable postal service which insures you for the value of the package. Please keep the receipt.
